You need to go back to the place where you had them put on professionally and have them professionally removed so that you don't damage the nail under the gel!!!

Finger nails are made up of keratin (similar to hair) and once it's damaged, it has to grow out from the root before it's ';right'; again. Begin using a good Vitamin E oil on your nails, 2-3 times a day, the last time being just before you go to bed. You don't need a lot, just a little applied around the cuticle and rubbed in. Never stop using the vit. E oil, it's key is growing beautiful nails!!How do i remove my french tip nails????
In a small bowl put some nail polish removal, then dip your fingertips in it. With a nail stick push up the jagged edges so that the nail polish remover soaks in.

Make sure you do it in a well ventilated area.
soak your nails in acetone witch is found in nail polish remover and that should help be able to pull them off easy then you can buy a clear nailpolish that helps streghten your nails
Souc it in nail polish remover for just about eeh say 10 minutes?
Try using a nail file to get most of it off without hurting your nail. Then soak them in nail polish remover. :]
try soaking them in Nail Polish Remover then really warm water
soak them in steaming hot water until they become loose and then try to pull them off
