Are you talking about acrylic nails? If so then the answer is that there are NO legitimate nail techs with a sense of ethics who would even consider putting acrylics on you.- Even witha parent there. Seems as though several of you have gotten them done at a young age, but let me ask you this? Were your nails done at a highly repuatable nail salon, with experienced techs, OR were they done at an asian owned salon that charges like $20 for a full set? I bet it was to $20 full set. Why? Because those chop shops will do anything for money. An american tech will not. Those chop shops have no integrity. Or ethics. They dust do not care. I wouldn't go to one if it was the last salon on earth.
yea, why wouldn't they be allowed to have fake nails. Its not preteen year olds. Its either preteens or 11 years old, don't mix them together. It made no sense.
Yeah its fine to have fake nails if she wants them that's fine there is nothing wrong with fake nails, its personal choice
